1) Why is the party not, in its defence, invoking the United Nation Declaration of the Rights of Indigenous Peoples?: http://www.un.org/esa/socdev/unpfii/en/drip.html
2) Why is the Party not alluding, in irrefutable defence, to the inaction of the EHRC against the NF, BPP, England First… in respect of the charge being levelled against the BNP? (Is it a case of one EHRC rule for one, one for another?)
3) Might I suggest to Party that they should accept the money of prospective members NOW –without allowing them to join as members, thus remaining within the EHRC rules– and agreeing to return the said money, perhaps with a £5 inconvenience fee, should the membership application be “unsuccessful”? This, I’m sure, will bring in the necessary funds NOW and offset the shortfall in the Party’s General Election war-chest.
