Fascism in Britain: The Case of David Lucas

David Lucas was a BNP Euro Election candidate who was arrested on ridiculous trumped up charges early in the campaign. He was bailed to appear at Bury St. Edmonds police station today to find out whether or not he will be charged. National Elections Officer Eddy Butler and BNPtv’s Cllr Paul Golding led a BNP solidarity demonstration at the police station and interviewed David upon his release.

Welcome to the Police state Britain.

Using the Police as an arm of the Government to suppress free speech and interfere with the democratic system – reminds me of Zimbabwe and fascist Germany……and they call the BNP fascists.

  2. frei_saxon Says:

LIVIVD is a word that can barely begin to express how anyone with even the vaguest desire for freedom of speech should be feeling at what has happened to David Lucas.

Years ago when we heard the term 'The Filth' used to describe the Police, we generally knew it was said either in jest or by those of the criminal world. It is now a term that is most apt as a true description for the politicised Junta style excuse of an organisation that is employed to supposedly keep law and order in the purest sense. Make an enemy of one of us (for no apparent reason); you make an enemy of us all.

  3. Mancunian2009 Says:

The Labour Party are so adept at fitting people up. Remember how they fitted up George Galloway? I'm no fan of Galloway, however, he was definitely set up by the government on a pile of trumped up lies.

  4. Keith1946 Says:

I am a 63-yr-old and am not certainly racist, but after looking at the video of David Lucas, its a total disgrace of how a hard working person can be setup by the corrupt police in this country and this could happen to anyone one of us and this is supposed to be a country of free speech yet when you are out and about you even have to watch your p's and q's as the wrong word can be misinterpreted as a racist remark. I support and agree with the BNP for what they stand for. This country is going to a rapid decay just over the past couple of weeks with the MP scandal. There seems to be a two tier law one for the immigrants and one for us british whom live in our own country.

  5. eddy Says:

while i agree this case seems unfair, i do not think it does our cause any good claiming that the police are victimising the BNP. Better to just point out that they seem to continually make mistakes in general!

  6. David Jones Says:

Did any other euro election candidates get arrested, I think not. The BNP is being demonised because it speaks out on behealf of all British people. The sooner the so called democratic political parties in this country realise if they stood up for the British working man and woman (before Im told off) like the BNPdo their would be no issues. We need to shout as loud as we can now to support the BNP and its right thinking policies

  7. Chris_Hill1 Says:

Can someone tell me why we are still accepting police bail?

24 hours, charge me or release me. And if I'm not charged after that 24 hours (unless the police have a court order allowing them to retain items seized during my arrest I want my all my property back.

Even that 24 hour period is a maximum (assuming they don't invoke terrorist legislation), they must be able to justify it when I sue for wrongful arrest.

  8. rizla Says:

A politically motivated smear, absolute disgrace.

  9. Nigel Says:

I’m just so amazed that they thought it would do them any good? As pointed out you can see what type of country we now life in, for one! My children and grandchildren, will not be living like this once the BNP get to power, the best way to fight this is to be total Honest upfront, the ConLabLib party are very worried, but as it appears from the film footage not very bright, so while they like to be a bit dimmer then the rest of us, Continue as you have been and fight the good fight, be British wow just imagine our Country Back!

  10. Olekander Says:

I am outraged, words cannot describe my disgust at the police and the influential Marxists of the government.

  11. ValiantKnight Says:

EI am a new member and agree with most of the policies. What I dont understand is the agressive language and posture being presented. Comments please

  12. I. R. Stewart Says:

The above is so very true, but the equally true that has not been referred to is that the most racist and fascist political party in this UK is the SNP. Thta is not being highlighted, nor is the fact that it crawls to Islam for votes in its evilness. Salmond has stated that if you do not vot for the SNP then you are not a Scot, and I hear Hitler saying that if you do not vote for National Socialism then you are not a German.. It must be destroyed and the three indigenous nations of this UK must remain shoulder to shoulder against the evil invaders.

  13. Barbara Stevens Says:

With the support of the BNP he will survive but we are begining to live in a police state. but they won't win if you believe in freedom your prepared to fight fo it.

  14. 2ndclasscitizen Says:

Let's not jump straight in here, the Police on the ground are following orders, those orders comew from higher up.. how high, no one knows, the troops on the ground cannot let their political views interfere with therir jobs, no one is going to throw that away, these lads have to police frontline Britiain, frontline Britain full of people from other countries were crime and death is rife, were these foriegners think nothing of killing a police officer (as we've seen over the last few years) the powers that be will never serve on the front line again and have the luxury to give orders that potentially destroy peoples lives (I have been a victim of this, TWICE!) There's not a lot we can do, apart from spare a little for David, I have, just a tenner, not a lot, but if enough do it, it'll make a difference… god does not pay his debts in money :)

  15. jean gill Says:

Enter text right here!keep up the good work david and please dont give up were all behind youx

  16. white Knight Says:

This business of David Lucas has been going on for some time, could all the members email Bury St Edmonds police and ask what the charges are in relation to our brother member?
I have had a similar experience to David's when a psychotic neighbour made false allegations which resulted in a police raid, it was upsetting for my family and I have little respect for a police force which is ill trained, lacking in integrity and politically motivated, we all need to make a show of force and stand together for David and any other of our members who get harassed in this way.

  17. Greenman Says:

I remember Nick warning us some years ago that this sort of thing would eventually happen.

One thing you must remember though is that the state is relatively weak when up against the people, they can do this sort of thing against a few of us but the vast majority will get by untouched simply because they haven't got the man power to harass us all. The men behind the masks should also know that we Nationalists have long memories.

  18. GARY COLLINGE Says:

This is Disgusting !!! what has happened to Britain ??? Marxist Rule….Pure filth. I to am a victum of Blair&Brown Marxist Britain and have been suspended from my job because of MY Nationalist views.

  19. joe1976k Says:

Just wondering what is in the cops mind when they have to go after their own people, do they really believe in their actions or are they just brainwashed by the present government into believing this nonsense. what ever they believe the British should wake up in a hurry or other wise they are next in the line of fire. I thought the Starsi and the KGB were buried a long time ago seems in Britain they have been revived somewhat!

  20. Steve Gaunt Says:

It's just so horrific! If it had been an illegal immigrant the whole media circus would have been out in support. . We can expect more of this. But for now, what is the legal situation? I assume the man is represented?

  21. Steve Gaunt Says:

The police were searching for firearms it seems. When they decide to go down that road, a whole new set of hazy rules come into play.

  22. Sue Says:

I know David quite well, he is really grateful to all those who support him.
To date, David cannot get legal representation as he has not been charged with anything!!

  23. cliff Says:

More like Isreal than anything else. My hope is one day the BNP can face down
the people that issue these orders to the police in the political establishment.

  24. John Says:

Sorry Sue, but you are wrong, For under English Law you are allowed legal representation from the minute you are arrested…You don't have to be charged. But then that is English Law, it seems that our police and Courts run on Whatever We want to do law.

  25. RON OWEN Says:

I AM NOW 76 AND HAVE WAITED A LONG TIME FOR THE ENGLISH TO WAKE UP,PERHAPS WITH THE WAY MEN LIKE DAVID LUCAS ARE BEING TREATED MORE ENGLISHMEN WILL WANT TO GET RID OF A GOVERNMENT THAT IS AS USELESS AS A CHOCOLATE FIREGUARD,PERHAPS THE AVERAGE COPPER IS FRIGHTENED OF LOSING HIS JOB,LIKE MANY OF OUR LADS "DO IT" OR GET REPLACED,THERES PLENTY OF OTHERS OUT THERE TO REPACE YOU,NOW WE HAVE A PARTY TO STOP THAT..BEST OF LUCK AT THE NEXT ELECTION YOU,VE HAD MY VOTE FOR THE PAST FEW YEARS..BIRMINGHAM..

  26. Sue Says:

    Hello Ron
We will be outside the police station AGAIN on the 11th of July and intend going back until they stop this nonsense. I know David quite well, he is a good man and to be treated this way it is simply outrageous and so unfair. They will keep this hanging over his head until they are satisfied he has suffered enough, god knows when that will be. He is living hand to mouth no thanks to them.

    Sue

  27. broth Says:

In the wake of Davids cruel and unusual treatment. Can we organise a petition of protest to the government by all our followers and members indicating the need for change and acceptance of an Endlishmans way of life as being sacresant.
